Inclement Weather Policy

We do not follow the closings of Wake County Schools. For weekday classes, we will text and email any closing by 2pm should the weather warrant it. For Saturday lessons, we will notify our families by 8am.

Makeup Policy

We do extend the opportunity to make up for a missed lesson, provided that notice is communicated to CODA by text or email prior to the start of the lesson.

For private lessons, notification should be received 2 hours prior to avoid a $25 no-show fee.

Should you desire to make up a missed lesson, please reach out to us to arrange a make-up lesson at a time that will work for you.
